I live south of Lafayette, in Linden, Indiana. I'm 44 years old, have four kids and three grandkids. I haven't been on a weight loss program in years! I would like to feel healthier and be as active as i can. I'm NOT self-motivated when it comes to any kind of diet or exercise but I believe that if I had someone to motivate and keep me motivated that I could accomplish what I want!
