I started kinda of a mixture regimen. I started a mixture of weight watcher's, low carbs, and exercise about 4 times a week at the gym and walk at least 1-2 miles a day at work. Today I was even walking out there in the rain. Well, I think you're doing great. Here I am on the third week and I've only lost 1 1/2 lbs. I'm thinking that I might stay away from the scale for a while. I don't want to get discouraged. In the past 4 years, I've gained 50 lbs. and am tired of feeling sorry for myself. I've dedicated the next year to getting healthy and feeling more energetic.
I just want to say that YOU CAN DO IT! Hang in there. All we're going to do a year from now is complain about how much more weight we've gained instead of saying look what I've accomplished. I'd rather accomplish something than to continue to complain about something that can be changed. I'm not saying it's easy, but it can certainly can be done w/ a lot of hard work.
