This was a pivital moment for me. Now, a year later I still have to loose a lot of weight but I'm feeling a lot better than before. I do fitness training 3 times or more a week. At least 50 minutes of cardio training every session did wonders for my heart. I would not do without it anymore!

doing alot of walking and eating the right foods will help you to lose weight..
if you cannot succeed in doing this there is always exlax at your nearest pharmacy I know that i have tried this and it really works for me.
