Maybe you should read the document a little bit more in detail, it says that for the duration of the proceedings those wishing to prosecute need to leave the CM circle. It doesn't state anything about the FM circle so I'm guessing that you can remain a FM member.
I thought I'd point that out. Always read the fine print.
