Jo Thank you for taking the time to write me some advice. I will definately get the book. I LOVE fruits and vegetables, I keep telling my mom to buy me more and more, she buys me kiwis, plums and mangos, and junk food. I can give all my unhealthy food to my brother. haha. Yeah, I LOVE the pop. And yes, I do have easy access to unhealthy food, and it drives me insane because I KNOW that I need to lose weight, but yet, I keep eating it. I will try very very very very very hard to fight off my temptations, I believe I can do it! Thanks so much you guys for the advice, I now know that I have people behind me while I try to reach my goal. Thank you very much. It is greatly appreciated.
