I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY NEIGHBORS AND MY CITY DID NOTHING FOR OVER 1 YEAR WE HAD RAW SEWAGE COMING IN OUR BASEMENT. WE HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE CITY BEFORE THEY FINALLY AGREED AFTER 1 AND HALF YEARS TO MAKE THEM PUT THE SEWER LINE INTO THE CITY LINE. MY MOTHER AND I COULD HAVE GOTTEN VERY SICK BECAUSE WE HAD BLACK MOLD GROWING IN OUR BASEMENT AND WE COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY THE CLEAN UP THEY WANTED SO WE WENT DOWN AND CLEANED EVERYTHING WITH MASKS ON AND GLOVES WITH PURE BLEACH. SOME TIMES IT MIGHT BE BETTER TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY.
