Dr. Phil, if viewers are receiving calls from collection agencies, maybe they can do a search engine and get information on their local state laws regarding statute of limitations.
Please please please do not give personal information to anyone, even if they say they're your internet provider or bank. Its more than likely fraud. They should have this information. Remember Jiminy isn't on everyone's shoulder. Dr. Phil, thanks for this information.
