I am very surprised, I was gaining weight, when my ex- run-off with another guy, and I
attended a seminar a few weeks back, and I just have to confirm that I lost 29lbs. w/o
Dr. Phil's book. thi si what you need 2do for a week or so, just ry my plan...
- Avoid water between meals
- Avoid yógurt and púddings late at nite and cookies
- Drink water 15- 20 minutes before or after a meal
- Meals must b 7- 8 hrs apart EG: if you eat 1meal at 8am...next meal at 3pm.
- Drink 2Liters. After the first meal and theother 1Liter at the #2 meal.
- Avoid meat aas much as you can
- Avoid Dairy Products...best of luck Try it for a week and Pls let me know
