I too am a stay at home Mom, but will soon be a at home alone Mom....lol My daughter will be 18 in July and I am sure she'll be leaving the nest and out to make her own. I have to say, it has been a LONG year with her. To even get started, it would end up becoming a book. 

 

I'm 40 going on 25....lol  

I just joined Dr. Phil's site and I am praying that by joining it will help to deal with a lot of issues I have built up inside of me. I would really like to be on his show. Wait, did I just say that? lol We would need more than an hour. 

 

Well, I just wanted you to know I am here for you. Now you don't have to talk about issues to your little one :-)

Jeez, it's been along time since anyone posted here. I just found it. I am 31 been married 12 years and have 3 kids ages 6, 4 & 2. Two boys and a girl.  I also need some adult conversation. It's really tough being a stay home mom. My 4 year old suffers from what I call "Mommy Syndrome" he will not let me leave the room. If I go to a part of the house and he does not know it will start screaming then suddenly stop when he sees me. How crazy is that? I've no idea how that child will ever start preschool next term!!  At night when he goes to bed I have to hold his hand for him to fall asleep. Any advice is totally welcome. Look forward to meeting all of you !!!

Hey Everyone!  I'm a stay at home mom of two girls, ages two and four.  I just recently lost my grandmother (who raised me and was like a mother).  She was my only close family besides my husbands family which I'm close with but at the same time, not really.  I am just feeling really alone and bored of doing the same things day in and day out.  I don't have a lot of close friends and the ones that I do have, they have their own lives and I don't want to drag them down with my problems or how I'm feeling, they have enough on their plates. My husband owns his own business so he's tied up with that a lot it seems like.  Since losing my grandma, I just feel like I don't have anyone to really talk to or vent my problems to and I really would like someone to talk to who understands what I'm feeling.
