Dr. Phil checks back in with Christy and Stacy, two squabbling sisters who captivated viewers and lit up the message boards! Christy thinks Stacy’s husband is a pedophile, and she reported them both to Child Protective Services for physical abuse and allegedly downloading child porn. The drama continued after the show. Find out what happened when the women returned home. Then, Christy and her husband, Alan, say the previous show was one-sided and portrayed them in a negative light. Dr. Phil gives the disgruntled guests a chance to air their grievances, but will Christy be appeased? And, Stacy’s children say their aunt’s allegations have turned their lives upside down. Hear why the youngest kids say they live in constant fear. Plus, both sisters take a four-hour polygraph test to see who’s really telling the truth. Tell us what you think!

Find out what happened on the show.

If its startling results we'll see, my guess is that Christy and her husband are correct in thier allegations against Stacey and her husband's pedofilia

Food for thought

There is another view of what is startling.  We may learn that the accuser has been making false accusations; and there are severe consequences as a result.

09/05 Family Follow-up

Wow! I thought that I or anyone else would never hear from them again! It's been what, ten months since we last seen them (The repeat doesn't count.)?  I wondered what has been going on since that time? I can't wait to see this, including the results, & I'm anxious to find out!

Well......

I really can't figure out if Christy really thinks there is something going on that is being covered up or if she is just causing trouble. If there is nothing going on, she is certainly causing a lot of turmoil. In regard to polygraghs, I don't trust them. I realize that DrP gets the best people he can find to administer them and that, IMO, is the most important thing. Because, as far as I can tell, the administrator of the test, determines the outcome as to whether the person is lying or not. I still worry that, under the wrong circumstances, an innocent person could fail one and a guilty person could fool one. I hope they can get to the bottom of this on the show. Stacey's family needs some closure one way or another.

On other boards I've made what I think of polygraphs quite clear.

If Christy is actually telling the truth, than okay she did the right thing.

BUT,

if not, what the hell does she hope to accomplish by accusing ANYONE of such a heinous thing, and WHY is her sister still having ANYTHING to do with her ? Unlisted phone numbers are a wonderful thing, no forwarding addresses are also a wonderful thing in these cases.

To be honest though, its a wait and see for me, I don't remember these two to be honest, might be one I missed, sounds like they were a lot of fun, bet their family reunions are just a laugh a minute.

Anxious to see the results

I've been wanting to hear the outcome of this program since I originally saw it.  I'm dying to know who is the liar here.  If Christy's accusations prove to be false then she needs to beg for forgiveness but if her allegations are true then those kids need to be taken out of that home ASAP.

Whack job...

Clearly, Christy is mentally ill. I found the follow-up show to be quite upsetting, actually. I don't think that Dr. Phil should waste his time (or mine) producing a show to answer the unfounded accusations of clearly disturbed people. (Even in the name of "fairness") Her whining that she needed Dr. Phil to meet with her personally and privately was the icing on the cake. Folks, it's all about a really messed up woman needing public validation to quiet the demons in her private life.

In the future, I think that it would be advisable for the Dr. Phil staff to screen guests a bit more thouroughly. Folks already under the care of a therapist should be approached warily. I don't like tuning in to be taken on a ride by a mental case. I just hope her sister is able to pull together her marriage and her family...good luck with that Stacy.
