Losing Weight

I would like to lose about 30 lbs, but just don't have the incentive to do it on my own.  I have the exercise equip. on my covered back porch.  Looking out on my beautiful back yard.  I thought this would be so simple, just hop on the equip when I pass it.  BUT.....I always think of something else I need to do. LOL

I'm thinking of just getting it Lipo'd off, pay the price....then hate myself because I have no will power.  Maybe together we can do it.

I know how you feel. I was just fired from my job out there so I can't be your buddy from way out here in Stockton. If I get my job back maybe so.
