Topic : hCG used for weight loss.

i am 37 years old i was a cna until my back decided i wasmeant to keep my carreer going i was 150lbs and looked great but then i started seeing this doctor who was giving me shots of steroids every month and they do help but i started gaining weight rapidly and i got up to 250 lbs i stopped seeing him several months ago now i see another doctor and i have only lost 30 lbs in the last year and i don't eat junk food at all or i just don't eat for a few days  i know that is not good but thats my habits now i am disabled i have develpoed copd oxygen when i go out due to florida weather and on many meds my back hurts worse than ever i am still a smoker and i have sleep apnea also but the weight has got to go how do i change these habits when i eat it does not include meat mostly veggies and i feel very unatractive with my husband there is hardly ever any sex at all and all the lights must be off to do this i hate the way i look and feel since i am disabled i am so bored daily  all i have is my dogs and clean house daily i feel helpless with the way everyone in america is finacially so i fften find my self depressed and very alone  lori
