(Original Air Date: 12/02/08) Do you ever wonder how your favorite Dr. Phil guest is faring since being on the show? Dr. Phil follows up with some of his most talked-about guests. Up first is the story of a little girl named Kaylee. Her mother, Krista, and grandmother, Bonii, alleged she was being sexually abused by her father, Jeremy. He vehemently denied the allegations, but a lie detector test found him to be deceptive. Find out the shocking twist that has occurred since their appearance two years ago. Next, Shenek admitted that she hated ugly people and didn't want to associate with them. She also had a diva attitude and gave the show a list of demands before her appearance. Shenek says she got a wake-up call when Dr.Phil conducted an experiment to show her what kind of first impression she was making on others. Has she changed? Is there a diva in the house this time around? You'll be shocked when you find out the answers! Then, when Sylvia first appeared on the show for help coping with the death of her husband, she was seven months pregnant and struggling to raise twin 4-year-olds. Now days away from delivering a baby girl, she joins the show via Web cam to share how she's doing. Don't miss the surprise Dr. Phil has for her -- one which you may have contributed to! And, remember Pierre who couldn't decide what was more important: his mother and the luxuries she provided him or his wife? During his second appearance, Dr. Phil told him that his mom was holding his manhood in a Dixie cup, and he needed to man up. Did he listen to Dr. Phil's advice, or is his mom still clinching the purse strings? Join the discussion.

Find out what happened on the show.

12/02 Whatever Happened To …

pdates on Kaylee & Sylvia are some that we definitely want to hear, but others like Pierre & Shenek, hmmm, I'll pass. Honestly, I would've loved to see updates on couples & whatever happened to them in their relationships to replace those, such as Charles & Tracy:

http://drphil.com/messageboard/topic/967
http://drphil.com/messageboard/topic/1066

Or Orleana & Brent:

http://drphil.com/messageboard/topic/2468

Or Shani & Jason (in which Shani was wrongfully & horribly judged by lots of posters on there):

http://drphil.com/messageboard/topic/3272

There are a lot more including abusers that I also want to see updates on, but these are just examples.

JUST A NOTE

I'm so glad that you are going to have the follow-ups.  It should be interesting to see them again & find out how they're doing.  Thank you for doing these, Dr. Phil!

Sincerely,

Over due update

I was so very glad to see that finally little Kaylee's pleads for help to be protected

from that perverted creep was resolved.  It is still sad it took so long, she had to suffer

one day past the obvious accusation.  To all who defended that creep: look at the real issues

that children suffer through because so many adults protect adults first?

Your 'what if he is innocent' cost this child more harm and suffering?

Your: 'children lie theories' gave a criminal more time to do more harm?

Children are the only innocent people with the least amount of fair protection under our laws.

That needs changed, they above all should have the most protection and the strongest laws!

Kudo's to you GrandMa for continueing to do whatever you needed to help protect your Grandchild despite all the lame critics.  I hope them officials in that county who allowed that creep (unable to call it what I feel he is) get what they deserve and definately out of a job they did not perform to serve the public.

Our Laws

This show was one of victory, yet showed the weaknesses of our criminal justice system.  Jeremy was convicted on the child pornograhy, yet there had been no arrest on the allegations made by his daughter.  Had that computer NOT been turned over to the authorities, as concrete evidence, Jeremy in all likihood would be a free man, with access to both of his children.  Thank GOD for the Dr. Phil Show, in giving these people the strength to perservere.

Now still pending is the issue of Jeremy having any visitation with his daughter.  He is a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER...no contact with any child under 17.  Yet, unless the judge decides not to award supervised visits with his children, they will have to see him.  The damage that will do to Kaylee is going to negate whatever positive actions have been taken to protect OTHER children.

I did hear where there may be further charges brought forth for the sexual abuse of the little girl.  I hope that action is taken, Jeremy is locked up for MUCH longer than his present sentence, and visitation becomes a non-issue in any shape of possibility.

I hope something very important has not been lost.  Jeremy was NEVER arrested on the word of a child.  The computer was what convicted him...and thankfully, his wife had the character to turn it over, and not dispose of it.

This is so indicative of the word of a child.  Still, with a therpist's validation, Jeremy has yet to face charges for the worser of the crimes....sexual abuse of his own daughter.

Wonder what happens when the pedophile is better educated, a little smarter than to use a computer, and is devoid of any substance abuse problem?  When the accused is a college graduate, dignified, no priors, and makes a distinguished appearance in Court?

He walks, if the only evidence is the word of a child.  Remember hearing the original questions from Dr. Phil..."are you coaching her?"   Imagine how that is presented to a jury...if it gets that far...by a pit bull criminal defense attorney.

I lived it.  He walked...the word of my two children was not enough, the word of the attending therapist was not enough.  Thank God the man was not my husband, and an in-law who we have not seen in 8 years, who did happen to become a father during that time.  He has two little girls...the difference between that man and Jeremy?  A higher I.Q.,  no paper trial left on a computer, an absence of drugs, and a prestiegious job.

DO NOT FOR ONE SECOND FORGET THAT JEREMY WAS CONVICTED WITH EVIDENCE...NOT ON THE WORD OF A CHILD....ONE HE WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE TO SEE UNTIL SEPT. OF 2007!

Without evidence, it will always be he said/she said...and "reasonable doubt".

This "victory came through the back door of Jeremy being sloppy, not from the words of a child...one we all witnessed..on tape, more than 2 years ago.  He still was allowed visits after that.

So much for always believing the child.

Kaylee update

I commend Kaylee's grandmother for her continued pursuit against this monster.  As a resident of St. Joseph County, Indiana, the leniency that these judges exercise is a crime.  I hope that by the time this man is tried for child abuse, we will have some elected judges on the bench that will sentence him appropriately.  With local budget deficits, the division of the police department that investigates online predators is in jeopardy.  Let's hope that we can all find the strength and determination of the Bonii's of the world.

12/02 Whatever Happened To …

So glad this sicko was convicted.  That record will follow him everywhere for the rest of his crap life.  He was so incredibly transparent on the first two shows.  We really didn't even need a lie detector.   He easily buried himself with his infantle responses.  I'm guessing because he has arrested development like most pedifiles.  I seriously hope that woman from his other child moves far away from him.  However I suspect she is probably very weak, thinks she can't get better and will sadly wait for him to be released from prison.   I mean she never believed he did anything wrong in the first place.    She must have moved through her own home with her eyes closed, (to have not seen) feeling along the walls to find her destinations.     Jesus that would be a normal functioning person's dealbreaker.

12/02 Whatever Happened To …

I'm so glad that Jeremy is not allowed to be near Kaylee and I hope that he rots in jail for the rest of his life for what he did to her!!

Shenek makes my skin crawl!! She hasn't changed a bit, except she's even more annoying because she thinks she has changed. You know, ANYONE could get into an accident and have their face smashed up at anytime, including Shenek. She's not immune to "being ugly" as she likes to say. Her nasty attitude makes her ugly IMO.

It's so nice to see Sylvia healing and moving forward with her life after such a horrible tragedy. I wish her the best with her new baby.

It's also nice to see Pierre not being controlled by that crazy mother of his. I hope he can keep her out of his life for good.
