Dr Phil on Leno (update)

Saw Dr Phil on Jay Leno last night, Nov. 2, he told Leno they have reason to believe Natalee is still alive and believe the sex slave trade may be responsible.

Arubian officials wouldn't accept the tape with one of the suspects saying it could have been tampered with.

Keep Natalee and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Show was clearly taped Nov 1, Leno asked Dr P about trick or treaters the night before, and may have aired the same day in other markets. Dennis Rodman and Dwight Yokum were the other guests if anyone is looking for a transcript/tape of the show

Like many of you, I saw Dr. Phil's comment on Jay Leno. This appears to be a "new" revelation into the investigation of Natalee Holloway. If sex slave trade may be responsible, then what is the protocol going forward to find her, Dr Phil? We hope the FBI will be welcomed by the ALE, Dompig, and far more involved in the case going forward. What are you going to do to find her Dr. Phil? And when will you be including Natalee's case on your next show? As we pray for Natalee and her families, we hope to hear new, pertinent information from your show soon. Keep up the good work! We sincerely hope she is alive and well.

Who's really to blame?

Why all this focus on Natalee Holloway???

Let's put this into perspective...

There is just one missing persons case in Aruba, who happens to be an American; while there are more than 92,000 missing persons cases currently in the United States. Also, the state of Alabama has the 6th highest murder rate in the country.  The Holloways should count themselves lucky that nothing happened to their daughter in their own backyard.  Sounds like the Holloway family and the American media is subjugating other countries to their own internal problems with crime.

Alabama may have the 6th highest murder rate, but check out the facts of Natalee's, as well as my hometown:

Please do more research next time.

Where are you getting your numbers? Numbers I've found from the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs state 100,000 persons on average are missing in the US anually. 99.8% of that number return on their own or are returned to their families by law enforcement. The DoJ has awarded $100 million in grants nationwide to Law Enforcement Agencies to solve cold case missing persons files with another $1 billion to be dispersed over the next 5 years. It hardly appears the we aren't doing whatever we can to return loved ones to their families.

Further more: as of this date 11/05/05 there are currently 1789 missing children listed on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website www.ncmec.org 328 are children missing as a result of Hurricane Katrina 178 of which have been recovered but not yet removed from the database; 733 are runaways; 392 are family abductions; 60 lost  missing injured and the remaining 276 are missing from various other causes. Please I beg you look for yourself on reputable databases. www.ojjdp.ncjrs.org is another reputable database where you can find credible information. NISMART is solid study detailing the National Estimates of Missing Children, their methodology and criteria for their data are clearly stated within the document.

So far as Aruba is concerned, they are far better than merely pleased to benefit from American Tourism $$$  there is an implied expectation their government & law enforcement personnel will do their utmost to provide safe and effective protections to the very people contributing to their economic well-being.

If you hate the US so much why are you here? no one is making you stay. I fail to understand why you're so angry that efforts are being extended to find, recover and protect a beloved child of one of our citizens, wouldn't you raise 400 different versions of hell to find one of your loved ones?

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THE BOYCOT. ESPECIALLY AFTER READING ALOT OF THE REDICULOUS COMMENTS FROM RESIDENTS OF THE NETHERLANDS.  YOU PEOPLE ARE MISSING THE POINT.   YOUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS AN EMBARASSMENT  TO SAY THE LEAST.   THESE COMMENTS ARE MADE SUGGESTING THAT   YOU HAVE NO REMORSE AND ARE FORGETTNG THE FACTS.    THESE BOYS HAVE LIED OVER AND OVER.  THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHERE NATALIE IS. JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE SERVED AND YOUR SCREWED UP LEGAL SYSTEM NEEDS TO QUIT PROTECTING THESE IDIOTS.   BETH IS A STRONG LADY , AND I THINK THAT IS ALSO A PROBLEM FOR THE PEOPLE ARUBA.  AGREE WITH BETH 100%.  THANK YOUR LEGAL SYSTEM IF THE BOYCOTT PREVAILS. THEY OBVIOUSLY ALSO DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE CITIZENS OF ARUBA.   GOD BLESS BETH, NATALIE, AND FAMILY.  GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

justice system

Dear Dr. Phil,

what a very strange thing to say about the legal system of the Netherlands. If  there is one civilised country that should be ashamed of their justice, it's our beloved America.

Don't get me wrong, God bless the U.S.A.!!! But WE should be ashamed of our highly uncivilised judicial system. We have the deathpenalty for crying out loud. That's something for the Taliban. Not for proud Americans!

I understand our frustration towards the Dutch Government, but we shouldn't embarras ourselves by throwing a fit like a 4 year old and start throwing around threats of boycot.( besides the fact that it would hurt them very little since their economic position is a lot more stable and independent than ours).

It's a darn shame what happened to that poor girl, but let's divert our energy towards more important domestic issues and let's not get angry at a government with a more evolved legal system that rather protects the innocent than punishes alleged criminals.

GOD BLESS THE USA!!!

Dismay!!

As an american living in Holland I am embarrassed and dismayed by many of  the comments posted by Americans. I would take a good hard look at America's  political and  judicial systems  before jumping on the dump on Holland/ Neth. Antilles bandwagon.  Remember the words of GOD and take it to heart people!

"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brothers eye and pay NO attention to the plank in your own eye? You HYPOCRITE  first take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly...."  Matthew 7: 3
