I am new to the area.  We just moved to Fort Knox from Texas.  I am looking for a weight loss buddy and new friends.

I live in Columbia, KY..I'm not sure actually how far away from Lexington and Danville that I am.  I am looking for people to keep in touch with for weight loss support also. I work a 2nd shift job and 

the only local support group here is Weight Watchers and it only meets in the evenings. No health clubs here either. So I am trying to come up with other ways to exercise. I managed to lose 43.5 pounds in 2005 but need motivation to stick with it and lose about 60 more. In fact I haven't been doing too well the last couple of months. Hi Everyone!  I am always willing to be buddies with anyone.  I am still mainting but havent had any new loss....I am embarrassed to say.  I need some big motivation. lol  I need to do this and losing 50 pounds will not hurt my feelings.  I just hate trying to do it alone.  I live in a house full of thin men...they just dont understand. >>>>>SIGH<<<<<<

 I had a daughter a year ago (February 19, 2005).  I lost the baby weight, but am still at 160, and for a 5'2" woman, that makes it hard to find clothes.  Anyone in the Warren county or surrounding county areas, let me know.

I know what you are talking about.  I've never had kids but I've been heavy my whole life.  Just make sure you are eating the right foods.  Such as cut back on the starches.  Potatoe chips, bread,etc.  It's hard to do, expecially having kids and all.  whenever they eat you want to eat.  Just cut back or have some sugar free, fat free snack if you get a craving.  Also don't always restrict yourself from eating some of the foods you want such as cake of ice cream, because when you do finally give in to that want, you will twice as much as you would if you just eat a smaller amount of those foods that you crave.  Good luck, I hope this was a helpful hint or tip.
