I have been looking for an e-mail support buddy, if you are interested, so am I!  I have motivation, and some  willpower, but I know I would do better if someone would be asking me, "did you workout  like you said?  What did you eat?"  It makes me accountable, and I have a hard time doing that for myself.

Hello and just back to the Dr Phil circuit and very happy to be back!!  I'm always looking for a pep talk and have the ears (or eyes) to listen to anyone who needs support or thier own cheering section. I dont have a huge amount of weight to lose but as soon as I stop doing what I am doing and start eating what I want the weight comes right along with it .The getting started phase is the easy part for me its just the keep on going phase I need some help with. Any takers???

I live south of Lafayette, in Linden, Indiana. I'm 44 years old, have four kids and three grandkids. I haven't been on a weight loss program in years! I would like to feel healthier and be as active as i can. I'm NOT self-motivated when it comes to any kind of diet or exercise but I believe that if I had someone to motivate and keep me motivated that I could accomplish what I want!
