Three minutes Partner B: "Thank you for caring enough to share, and I promise to weigh it carefully." Partner B: "I feel that my greatest contributions to this relationship are. . ." Three minutes Partner A: "Thank you for caring enough to share, and I promise to weigh it carefully." Partner A: "I feel I have contaminated this relationship by. . ." Three minutes Partner B: "Thank you for caring enough to share, and I promise to weigh it carefully." Partner B: "I feel I have contaminated this relationship by. . ." Three minutes Partner A: "Thank you for caring enough to share, and I promise to weigh it carefully." Partner A: "I am most excited about our future because. . ." Three minutes Partner B: "Thank you for caring enough to share, and I promise to weigh it carefully." Partner B: "I am most excited about our future because. . ." Step 4: Start a journal for yourself for your eyes only. Get a notebook and record your thoughts and feelings about what's happened so far in your new program. Spend five minutes minimum writing in your journal.
