A Brave New Mom
Some people call Sarah, 18, a hero after she took the law into her own hands on New Year’s Eve. Sarah shot and killed an intruder in her home to protect the life of her 3-month-old son. Just one week after losing her husband, the young mom kept her cool while barricading the doors, calling 911, putting a bottle in her baby’s mouth and loading two weapons.

"I feel that Justin Martin was definitely stalking me for some time."

A Controversial Senior Project
When straight-A high school student Gaby, then 17, told everyone she was pregnant, the news shocked her family, friends and teachers. Six months later, she revealed an even bigger surprise — she faked the entire pregnancy for a school project.

“I did this project because I would see a lot of teen mothers labeled as failures.”
