“The most meaningful gifts are ones where you feel like they come from the heart, and they really come from a genuine place, and to me, those are things that involve photographs and writing something special to somebody. They don’t have to be expensive,” she says.

“I’m a big one for this continuity of identification,” Dr. Phil says. “To go back and look at pictures of ourselves when we were in the second or third grade, and remember that that’s part of us, that’s part of our lives, and the only way you can do that is by taking the time to put all this together.”
