According to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, CRT is “an academic and legal framework that denotes that systemic racism is part of American society – from education and housing to employment and health care.” While a lot of the debate around CRT misstates what CRT actually is, what’s undeniable is that, by design, it creates a worldview where everyone has to put on permanent racial lenses to look at every action, every statistic, every student, every employee, every outcome in every discipline.
